Dr. Sidharthan Sidharthan, MD, MHA

Shawn Sidharthan, MD, MHA, is a board-certified physician specializing in interventional pain management and neurology. He currently practices at Hudson Specialty Care’s highly rated pain management team, which serves patients throughout New York City and New Jersey.

With advanced training from the prestigious UT-MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Sidharthan brings expertise in treating complex cancer-related pain, neuropathic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders using the latest minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Sidharthan completed his neurology residency at Northwell Health–Hofstra School of Medicine in New York, followed by a fellowship in interventional pain management at MD Anderson. His clinical background also includes experience in radiology, dermatology research, and internal medicine, providing him with a well-rounded approach to patient care. He has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and abstracts on topics such as spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and innovative therapies for neuropathic and cancer-related pain.

Actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, the North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Academy of Neurology, Dr. Sidharthan remains committed to advancing the field of pain medicine. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Texas, he provides comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Sidharthan enjoys traveling, running, and cooking. His goal is to empower patients with personalized treatment options that improve quality of life and restore function.
