Dr. Leon Reyfman, MD, FIPP, RPh

Leon Reyfman, MD, FIPP, RPh, is a highly respected pain management physician who is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Reyfman is part of Hudson Specialty Care’s highly rated pain management team, which serves patients throughout New York City and New Jersey.

With a reputation for treating the most complex cases of chronic pain, he combines advanced diagnostic tools, innovative procedures, and compassionate care to help patients achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life.

Currently serving as Attending Physician at Mount Sinai Hospital and Assistant Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology at SUNY Downstate Medical School, Dr. Reyfman brings academic expertise and over a decade of clinical experience to each patient he treats. He is also a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice, reflecting his dedication to the highest standards in the field.

Dr. Reyfman’s expertise spans non-invasive and interventional treatments for back, neck, joint, and nerve pain, as well as injury recovery. He is also certified to treat opioid dependency with Buprenorphine, offering specialized care for patients with coexisting pain and addiction challenges.

A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Reyfman completed his residency in anesthesiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and fellowship training in interventional pain management at Columbia University’s St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital. His dedication has earned him numerous honors, including recognition as one of New York’s Top Doctors by New York Magazine and The New York Times’ Super Doctors list.
