Boleslav Kosharskyy, MD, is a triple board-certified pain management physician specializing in anesthesiology, interventional pain medicine, and palliative care. Recognized as one of New York’s leading pain management doctors, he provides advanced, minimally invasive treatments at Hudson Specialty Care with locations throughout New York City and New Jersey.

As an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Rehabilitation Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical College and Associate Medical Director of Pain Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Kosharskyy combines academic expertise with compassionate patient care. Since 2003, he has treated a wide range of conditions, including back, neck, and joint pain, neuropathic disorders, spinal stenosis, and cancer-related pain. His approach emphasizes a multidisciplinary strategy tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Kosharskyy is skilled in innovative procedures such as spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation, kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty, percutaneous discectomy, and the MILD® procedure for spinal stenosis. Educated at the Free University of Berlin Medical School, Dr. Kosharskyy completed his anesthesiology residency at Boston University Medical Center and an interventional pain medicine fellowship at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Eastern Pain Association.
